Avimetal's integrated plant seamlessly combines crushing, classification, gravity and flotation concentration, pyrometallurgy, and hydrometallurgy into a single, cohesive turnkey facility — eliminating process gaps and maximizing metal recovery at every stage.
Stage 1 & 2
Ore Preparation, Classification & Screening
Stage 1: Ore Preparation
Primary & Secondary Crushing: Jaw or impact crusher, cone crusher, feed hopper and conveyor system.
Milling System: Ball mill or rod mill with high-efficiency grinding circuit. Progressively reduces ore to optimal particle sizes for efficient downstream recovery.
Stage 2: Classification & Screening
Vibrating Screens: Mechanical separation by particle size.
Hydrocyclone Classifiers: Centrifugal size-based separation of slurry.
Slurry Distribution: Controlled feed to downstream circuits. Ensures optimal particle size distribution, maximizing mineral liberation and recovery efficiency.

Concentration & Flotation Systems
Stage 3: Concentration Systems
Wet Gravity: Spiral concentrators, shaking tables, jig & centrifugal concentrators.
Dry / Electrostatic: Electrostatic separators, air classification, conductive mineral recovery. Exploits density differences — a low-cost, reagent-free step for a wide range of ore types.
Stage 4: Flotation System
Key Components: Conditioning tanks for reagent mixing, mechanical flotation cells, automated reagent dosing, thickener and concentrate filtration.
